Creative Properties Represents Who Knew? for Licensing Brand Extensions Planned for Best-Selling Book in HSN History

Creative Properties is pleased to announce that it will represent Who Knew? for licensing. Line
extensions are planned for the series of best-selling books featured on HSN and in bookstores
nationwide. Created by consumer advocates and thrifty parents Jeanne Bossolina Lubin and
Bruce Lubin, the books offer money-saving tips and recipes that are enormously popular with
consumers. Who Knew? is the bestselling book series in HSN history, selling more than
500,000 copies nationwide.

Creative Properties plans brand extensions in a wide range of product categories, including household products like "green" cleaning supplies, kitchen gadgets, storage containers, DVDs, paper products, package goods, simple baking kits, home décor and gardening tools. A production partner will also be sought for a mall tour that replicates the on-air Who Knew? demonstrations Bruce Lubin performs live as an HSN personality.
Co-creator Bruce Lubin appears regularly on HSN and the property enjoys a strong online presence on their website, www.whoknewtips.com, as well as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Blogger and other social media outlets.
